The PANDA Study
Parents/Peers, Adversity, and Neural circuits in Depression in Adolescence
Description
The purpose of PANDA is to better understand how social experiences contribute to, or protect against, depression in adolescents.
Study Design and Compensation
Eligible participants will complete 3 study visits (1 in-person, 2 virtual). Visit 1 is a clinical interview, Visit 2 is the in-person fMRI scan, and Visit 3 happens 6-months after being enrolled in the study and involves answering some quesitonnaires. Participants will be compensated $180 for their time and effort in participating in the study.
